"Kasumi-chan? Yes, I think I saw her in the park," Akane-chan replied.
"Thank you!" Masato said, and walked briskly away. It was now Sunday, and Kasumi had very effectively avoided him all week. He had tried to call her, but she was never home. It was frightening how well she could avoid him during the day. Since it was Sunday, he figured that there was nothing he could do. A chance run-in with Akane-san prompted him to ask if she had seen her. Amazingly, Akane had seen her not ten minutes ago, reading in the park. He had to see if he could find her. |
